Studio Juju is a design studio based in Singapore. It was established in 2009 by Timo Wong & Priscilla Lui.

Both Timo and Priscilla were trained as industrial designers and first begun partnership on various research and conceptual projects in Design Incubation Centre at the National University of Singapore.

They collaborated on d.lab’s Objects around the Tablescape under the direction of Patrick Chia between 2007 to 2010. This collection of tabletop accessories has since exhibited at Paris, Milan, Kyoto, Tokyo and Singapore. It was awarded the President’s Design Award Design of the Year in Singapore.

Now, as Studio Juju, Timo and Priscilla work across disciplines - in furniture & objects, industrial design, spaces, research and conceptual works.

Their clients already include international brands - most recently, Desalto (Italy), Living Divani (Italy) and W Hotels Worldwide.

For three years only, the studio managed to make an impression with its exhibitions at major events (Milan, Singapore, Basel, Istanbul), as well as to scoop several awards - most recently, Design Miami 2011 honored the studio as Designers of the Future.

Studio Juju thrives to develop pleasant experiences with fresh perspectives in every project. They are extra sensitive to human interactions. Their solutions are focused on essence and simplicity, and each work is created to be distinct, relevant and thoughtful.

The title of their talk is Environment, Inspiration and Motivation in the Context of a Growing Cosmopolitan Country.
